Q. How long does ID verification take?
A. After you submit your ID, our team reviews it by hand, so approval is not instant. You cannot start matching until your ID is approved, so please submit a clear, readable photo to avoid delays and wait for the result.
Q. My ID verification was rejected. What should I do?
A. Please check the reason shown on your account here and submit a valid, clearly readable official ID again. IDs that are unreadable, expired, or that do not match your profile cannot be approved.

Q. I can’t get my two-factor authentication code. What should I do?
A. When you turned on two-factor authentication, you were given a set of backup codes. Enter one of those backup codes instead of the app code to sign in. If you have also lost your backup codes, please contact us here.
Q. What are two-factor authentication backup codes?
A. Backup codes are one-time codes shown when you enable two-factor authentication. Each code can be used once to sign in if you cannot access your authentication app, so please save them somewhere safe.

Q. How do I set or change my profile photo?

A. Photos must be in JPG or PNG format and no larger than 5 MB. Please use a clear photo of your face for your profile, and a readable image of your official ID for age verification.
Q. Can I change my city?
A. Yes. You can change your city from your account here. You are matched with people in the same city, so your meeting place is based on the city you choose.
Q. Who can see my profile and photo?
A. There is no public profile to browse on MeetMeetNow. Your photo is shown only to the partner you are matched with, and only while you have a date with them.
Q. Is the image of my ID shown to other users?
A. No. The ID you submit is used only by our team to verify your age and identity, and it is never shown to other users.

Q. How do I find a date?
A. From the home screen here, press the matching button to start looking for a partner. You are placed in a waiting state, and as soon as someone nearby who matches your conditions is also waiting, a date is arranged automatically.
Q. How is my partner decided?
A. You are matched with someone in the same country and city, whose age is within the range you set and whose range also includes your age, and whose gender preference matches yours in both directions. Among everyone who qualifies, the person who has been waiting the longest is chosen.
Q. How do I set the age range of the partners I want?
A. You can set the minimum and maximum age of your partners from your account here. You are only matched with people within this range whose own range also includes your age.
Q. Can I choose to match with the opposite gender or the same gender?
A. Yes. When you register, you choose your own gender and the gender of the partner you want, so you can be matched with either the opposite gender or the same gender. These choices are set at sign-up and cannot be changed later, so please choose carefully. A match is made only when your choice and your partner’s choice agree with each other.
Q. Where do I meet the partner I matched with?
A. You meet at a designated meeting place in your city. When a date is arranged, the meeting place is shown on your screen, so please head there to meet your partner.
Q. Can I choose the meeting place?
A. The meeting place is set automatically from your city, so you cannot pick a specific spot. If you want to meet in a different area, change your city from your account here.
Q. How do I know when a partner has been found?
A. You do not need to keep refreshing the page. When a partner is found, your screen updates automatically and shows your date and the meeting place.
Q. I can’t get matched. What should I do?
A. A date is arranged only when another person nearby who matches your conditions is waiting at the same time as you. If no one is available yet, please stay in the waiting state or try again at a busier time. Widening your age range can also help.
Q. Why can’t I start matching?
A. To match, your ID must be approved, your account must not be suspended, and—if you are a man—your monthly fee must be valid. If your ID is still under review or your payment has expired, you cannot start matching until that is resolved.
Q. How do I cancel while waiting, or end a date?
A. While you are waiting for a partner, you can cancel and return to the home screen at any time. After a date has been arranged, you can also end it from your screen if you no longer wish to continue.
Q. How do I match again after a date ends?
A. For your safety, we never re-match you automatically. When you are ready, just press the matching button again from the home screen here to look for a new partner.
Q. Can I be matched with the same person again?
A. No. You are matched with any given person only once in your lifetime, even if the previous date was cancelled or reported. Every match introduces you to someone new.
Q. Where are my dating partners displayed?
A. Your dating partners will be displayed here. Images of dating partners are overwritten, so past dates will not be displayed.
Q. What if my partner doesn’t show up at the meeting place?
A. If your partner does not arrive, you can end the date and report them here by choosing “did not show up” as the reason. Reports help us keep MeetMeetNow safe for everyone.
Q. Do I need to keep the page open while I wait for a partner?
A. You stay in the waiting list even if you leave, but please keep the page open so your screen can update the moment a partner is found. If you close it, reopen MeetMeetNow to see whether a date has been arranged.
Q. Will I get an email when a date is arranged?
A. Yes. When a date is arranged, both you and your partner receive an email, and your screen also shows the date and meeting place right away.
Q. Can I browse or search for other users?
A. No. MeetMeetNow does not have a list of profiles to browse or swipe through. Instead, a date is arranged on the spot with someone nearby who matches your conditions.
Q. Can I choose who I am matched with?
A. No. The system chooses your partner automatically from everyone nearby who matches your conditions, picking the person who has been waiting the longest. You cannot select a specific person.
Q. Can I date more than one person at the same time?
A. No. You have one date at a time. Once your current date ends, you can start matching again to meet someone new.
Q. My partner cancelled the date. What happens now?
A. If your partner cancels, your date ends and you are returned to the home screen here. When you are ready, press the matching button again to look for a new partner.
Q. Can I match in a city other than my registered one?
A. No. You are matched with people in your registered city, so you meet nearby. If you want to match in a different place, change your city from your account here.
Safety & Trust
Q. How do I report a partner who behaved badly?
A. While you have an active date, you can report your partner here. Choose a reason—such as harassment, impersonation, or not showing up—and add a comment. Our team reviews every report.
Q. What happens after I report someone?
A. Your report is sent to our team for review. Users who are found to be dangerous or to break the rules can be suspended and removed from matching. Your report is kept confidential.
Q. I never want to be matched with a certain person again.
A. You don’t need to do anything. Because you are matched with each person only once in your lifetime, you will never be paired with a past date again. If someone behaved badly, please also report them here.
Q. How do you prevent fake profiles and impersonation?
A. Every user must submit an official photo ID, which our team checks by hand to confirm their age and identity. People who submit false information or are found to be dangerous are removed, so you can meet with greater peace of mind.
Q. Is it safe to meet someone I don’t know?
A. Always meet at the designated public meeting place, let someone you trust know your plans, and trust your instincts. If anything makes you uncomfortable, end the date and report your partner here.
Q. Is my personal information and photo safe?
A. We only share what is needed to arrange a date, and photos of past partners are overwritten so they cannot be viewed later. Please avoid sharing contact details or other personal information you would not want someone to keep.
Q. What can I report a partner for?
A. You can report a partner for reasons such as age fraud, a fake photo, impersonation, not showing up, harassment, violence, sexual assault, stalking, theft, drug use, a scam, being underage, or other inappropriate behavior. Choose the closest reason and add a comment.
Q. What should I do if I think someone is under 18?
A. Everyone must verify their age with an official ID, but if you believe a partner is under 18, please report them here and choose “underage” as the reason so our team can review it.
Q. I felt unsafe or threatened during a date. What should I do?
A. Your safety comes first. Leave the situation, and if you are in danger contact your local emergency services right away. Once you are safe, please report your partner here so we can act.
Q. Why was my account suspended?
A. Accounts can be suspended when a user is found to be dangerous or to have broken the rules, for example through reports from other members. If you believe this was a mistake, please contact us here.

Q. How much is the monthly fee?
A. You can check here. Only men are charged a monthly fee. Women can use all services for free. Men can date as many times as they like within the month after paying the monthly fee.
Q. Will I be charged automatically every month?
A. No. The monthly fee covers one month and is not a recurring subscription that charges you on its own. When your month ends, you simply pay again yourself here if you want to keep using the service.
Q. When is the payment due?
A. Your monthly fee covers one month from the day you pay, and your next payment becomes due on the same day of the following month. You are not charged automatically—you pay again yourself when you want to continue. While your fee is valid, you can date as many times as you like that month.
Q. What happens if my payment expires while I’m waiting for a partner?
A. If your monthly fee expires while you are waiting, your matching is cancelled automatically and you are returned to the home screen. Pay the monthly fee again here to start matching once more.
Q. Can I get a refund?
A. Refunds or returns of the monthly fee are not possible. Please be aware.
Q. What payment methods are available?
A. PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards are available. (Some card brands may not be available depending on your region or country.)

A. Prices are shown in your local currency for convenience, but because payments are processed through PayPal the actual charge is made in USD. PayPal converts the amount automatically, and a small exchange fee may apply.
Q. Are there any costs required to use the service other than the monthly fee?
A. Since MeetMeetNow integrates PayPal as a payment provider, your payment will be automatically converted from your local currency to USD, and exchange fees will apply. Additionally, internet connection costs and other necessary internet usage fees may apply. If you are using a mobile device, packet communication charges may occur.
Q. My payment didn’t go through. What should I do?

Q. I paid but still can’t start matching. Why?
